We would like to find out more about your experience with primary care providers, whether you have seen someone in family practice, physiatry, mental health, or internal medicine. We would also like to find out about any other providers you have seen for SCI-related specialty care.

The information you give us throughout the survey will remain anonymous, and we will use your feedback to create and distribute a list of clinicians in the New England area who do a good job caring for people with SCI.
