The Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation at Boston University is conducting a study which aims to understand how vocational providers help people with psychiatric disabilities to get and keep jobs. By vocational providers we mean employment specialists, vocational counselors, among others.
We are seeking feedback from individuals with a lived experience of a psychiatric condition who have worked with a vocational provider. If you are eligible to participate, you will be compensated $20.
We want make you aware that participation in the survey is your choice and totally voluntary. If you decide part way through the survey that you do not wish to complete it, you have the right to stop. Your participation in this survey will have no effect whatsoever on any vocational or mental health services you receive. Once all data collection for this study is complete and we process all payments for participation, we will delete your name and address so that your responses will be totally without any identifying information. Your responses will be reviewed by the research staff at the Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation at Boston University. Your responses will not be reported individually but through group trends.
